Pete spent his childhood measuring sugar and cracking eggs on Saturday afternoons while helping his grandmother prepare sweet treats for the entire family. With every Saturday came a lesson in the kitchen and a carefully crafted story of his grandfather’s adventures as an ice cream and popsicle maker. Little did Pete know that this combination was a perfect recipe for Pete’s future endeavors.
After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu as a classically trained chef and 20+ years in the restaurant industry, Pete wanted to get back to his roots while honoring the memory of his late grandfather. As the chef and owner of Professor Pops & The Ice Crystals, Pete turns some of his favorite childhood flavors and many unexpected combinations into delicious pops for everyone to enjoy.
